Lizzie Tollemache

Lizzie Tollemache is a sideshow stuntwoman, theatre maker, and the creative director of Christchurch company Rollicking Entertainment. After touring as an actor with the Playhouse whanau allllllll the way back in 2012, she is delighted to rejoin the team as a director for 2018.

Starting out as an improviser with New Zealand's longest running comedy show, Scared Scriptless, Lizzie has since created and toured original work all over the world, performing her signature mix of sideshow and illusion infused theatre in festivals from Canada to Scotland to Dubai.

Proudly based in Christchurch, she is passionate about New Zealand made theatre and bringing quality stories to schools around Australasia. Lizzie recently acquired a dog, husband and little cottage on the beach. Her happiness is now complete.
